Au moment de publier mon cours sur la respiration, je viens d’apprendre avec Antoine Pourin, expert dans l’approche Action Types, que suivant les personnes, certaines respirent mieux avec le ventre, d’autres avec la cage thoracique.
Attention, à ne pas confondre avec une respiration verticale (les épaules qui remontent quand tu inspires), qui est de toutes façons non idéale pour tous.

The Turkish Get Up is an exercise that does work the whole body as a unit working together.
It does help you being stronger in other lifts, it’s great for your posture, and it’s awesome for injury prevention.
You can do it as a warm up, main lift or finisher.
