This is an excerpt from my video course Breathwork. I intend to respond to the question “how can I improve my focus and cognitive functions?”, with breathing exercises.

I share 3 main ideas:
1: we need to first decide to focus and stop any distraction. Probably the most challenging step.
1B (not in the video): reminding ourselves the kind of person we intend to be. This does help me.
3: engage in a breathing exercise to change our state. Different possibilities here, see video.
