9. Give priority to your core values.
The first time I became aware of my values, my coach asked me:
“what do you think of this kind of guy?”
“he’s a good guy!”
And what about being a tennis pro?

Aligned with your values?
A value is simply something that is important for you.
The most you live it, the most aligned and happy you are.
The least you live it…and it’s challenging inside.
For example, the first values I uncovered were “respect”, “helping others”, and “sharing”, while I was living mostly alone, attempting to have a tennis pro career…
Re-harmonize
How can you do more of what’s important for you?
For ex, if learning is important for you, give yourself a time for this every day.
Changing your life?
For me, I can coach and learn new things every day. At some point, it became obvious I could not compete in tennis every day…
